Regard was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to the United States at the age of 11. While her parents had good intentions in wanting the best for her education, their brief stay during her transition unintentionally planted the seeds of deep childhood trauma, leaving her with abandonment issues that led to years of depression and anxiety. In a culture that didn’t embrace therapy, Regard came to accept sadness and resentment as a normal part of life.

In 2018, she began her self-development journey and sought professional help to process her emotions and feelings of unworthiness. During the pandemic, she moved back in with her parents in Las Vegas, unknowingly setting the stage for healing family dynamics and strengthening her spiritual gifts.

Through this process, Regard realized her life purpose: to help others release emotional trauma and realign family relationships. She is committed to guiding individuals on their journey of emotional healing and personal growth, empowering them to release the past and move forward with clarity and strength.
