Energy Healing

The objective of energy healing is to harmonize the energy flow within the client. This approach targets emotional trauma stemming from the client's challenging childhood experiences, ancestral traumas transmitted through bloodlines, and/or encounters in adulthood. Each session will be tailored to address the specific needs of the client and promote overall well-being.

Medium Services

As a medium, I can establish communication with your loved ones on the other side. My sensitivity and intuitiveness enable me to perceive, hear, see, and feel the information that may be hindering your emotions, physical well-being, or spiritual connection. I can assist you in unraveling any energy that doesn't serve you from your loved ones and/or ancestors, empowering you to move forward in a positive and harmonious energetic field.

Trauma Coaching

Addressing trauma enables you to experience greater balance and ease. For some, maintaining inner peace requires a support system. Leveraging my coaching expertise, I am here to provide accountability while assisting in the clearing of negative energy residue. (This service is exclusively available for energy healing/mediumship services clients, starting with four bi-weekly sessions. Limited spots.)

  • Come in with an open mind and an open heart. We will set an intention for each session. At times, spirit guides may lead us in different directions because the client needs to receive specific information before others. Show respect and trust the process. There is no right or wrong information; spirit guides direct my clients toward the information they need to know.

  • Sessions are designed to empower you and ignite your ability to heal. Following our energy healing sessions, you may experience an energetic processing period of 1-3 days, which could entail emotional sensitivity, physical reactions, trouble sleeping, or sleeping too much. Everyone's experience is unique; the energy used belongs to you and is for your benefit.

  • Time is not linear. The process can be either slow or very fast. Your experience may include rapid-fire synchronicities or gradual progress, depending on your comfort level, ability, and readiness to process the sessions and release your own energy.

    In just one session, you will experience the level of clarity you can attain.

  • Every client is unique, and there's no guarantee when it comes to personal healing. It truly depends on how each individual processes their emotions after each session and the effort they are willing to invest. I highly recommend that my clients have a support system, whether it be through family, friends, community, and/or a therapist. This will assist you in processing emotions in a healthier manner.

  • NO!! Both are forms of energy work, but Reiki doesn’t assist clients in navigating emotional traumas or connecting with their ancestors for healing outcomes. Reiki is an energy flow technique designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation. In contrast, Regard’s energy work concentrates on emotional healing and extracts traumas from your body, preventing you from feeling stuck with unprocessed emotions.

  • Yes, absolutely!! I enjoy working with you as much as you enjoy working with me. If you would like to schedule another session, I recommend allowing at least 3-4 weeks in between to give yourself ample time to process each session.

  • YOU!!!! Obviously!!! Please bring a journal so you can write down your thoughts during or after sessions. Additionally, remember to drink plenty of water and take a walk afterward; this will help you process the session and ground yourself.
